The central theme of the 22nd edition of the FIAP International Seminar, “Pensions: New Challenges, New Strategies”, will be the key role that individual capitalization systems play in delivering better pensions in a context of ageing societies.
Agenda
The FIAP 2025 International Seminar will be held on October 13 and 14 in Santiago, Chile, addressing the challenges and strategies of pension systems. The program includes sessions on the Chilean reform, generational funds, investment in alternative assets and artificial intelligence. The second day will focus on longevity, the labour market and the sustainability of pension systems.
