She holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the Faculty of Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has a specialization in Applied Statistics from the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Systems at UNAM, and she earned a Ph.D. in Financial Sciences from EGADE Business School at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
Her most recent position before assuming the Financial Vice Presidency was General Director of Financial Planning and Economic Studies at CONSAR.
Additionally, in the public sector, she has held the following positions:
• General Director of Financing and Support at the Ministry of Economy
• Deputy General Director of Credit at the National Workers’ Consumption Fund Institute
• Director of Pension and Social Security Policy in the Insurance, Pensions, and Social Security Unit at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
• SAR Supervisor in the General Directorate of Financial Planning and Economic Studies at CONSAR
In the private sector, she has held the following positions:
• Manager of Financial Analysis in the Finance Division at Seguros Banorte
• Senior Consultant at Numeravi, specializing in Valuation and Risk Analysis
• Senior Consultant at Conocimiento en Red Consulting
In the academic field, since April 2022, she has been a faculty lecturer at EGADE Business School, where she teaches various courses for the MBA and the Master’s in Finance programs.
Finally, it is worth highlighting that throughout her career she has received various awards and has published several works related to investment portfolios and the Retirement Savings System.
